Shipping Policy
The delivery of orders is made via CTT – Correios de Portugal always by registered mail or I delivery in person if possible.
Orders will only be shipped after payment confirmation from ETSY Plataform.
To monitor an order in progress, I send the registration number of order.
Return and Refund Policy
All items are handmade and handcrafted, so the warranty is already implied. If the customer wants to return the item, it must be in perfect condition and without any signs of use and inform by the ETSY Messager the reason for the return. All return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. All returns sent to collection will not be accepted. The refund will only be made upon receipt of the item and it is in perfect condition.
